Regional Supervisors

Arien Simmons is the supervisor for Floyd and Polk counties.
NiQuetta  is the supervisor for Douglas and Paulding county.

Arien Simmons graduated from Shorter College in 2001 with a B.S. Degree in Psychology and Sociology.  Arien has been with HomeMinistries since June of 2003.  She is currently supervising Floyd and Polk County for HomeMinistries.  Arien has been married to Chad Simmons since September of 2003.  They  have one son, Landon, who was born in July of 2007.

NiQuetta Braggs is a honors graduate of Clark Atlanta University and current graduate student at Argosy University. She has worked in several mental health settings such as residential psychiatric facilities to case management with juvenile delinquents. NiQuetta has been with Home Ministries for nearly two years and is the newest addition to the supervisor team. NiQuetta  is the supervisor for Douglas and Paulding county.

Kasi supervises for Cherokee, Pickens and Forsyth counties.

Kasi Sexton has a B.S. in Psychology and Family Studies from Berry College, and I am the "never ending" graduate student at Auburn University (M.S., Human Development and Family Studies). Kasi also has experience working in the field of Early Childhood (Preschool) Education, Special Education, and as a Housing Specialist.  Kasi has been working for HomeMinistries for over 6 years, but says "I feel like I learn something new in this field everyday!" Kasi supervises for Cherokee, Pickens and Forsyth counties.

Amy Gilbert graduated in 2006 from the University of West Georgia earning her M.A. in
Psychology.  She is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor who is less than on year away from earning her LPC.  Amy has been a counselor with HomeMinistries since March of 2007 and County Supervisor for Carroll and Haralson since May of 2009.  Amy has experience working in Behavioral Health settings with children and adolescents.  She is skilled in working with substance abuse, battered women, anger management, and grief counseling.

Our clients receive immediate attention as well as top priority feedback to their caseworkers, legal teams, probation officers, and other mental health providers. All clients are contacted within 48 hours of the initial referral, and an in-home visit is made within 1 week of the referral. Feedback is thorough, pleasing, and prompt.

Michele Frey has been the Clinical Supervisor for HomeMinistries since 2005. She has a doctorate degree in Counselor Education and Practice from Georgia State University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor.  Michele also has certifications in Parent Education and Forensic Evaluation of Sexually Abused Children.  In addition, Michele has competencies in working with substance abuse, battered women, behavior disorders in children, and anger management as well as play and sand tray therapies.
